Orders typically take 1-3 business days to process before shipping out. Weather conditions, peak shopping seasons, and statutory holidays may also cause delays in the processing and/or delivery of your order. Business days are Monday-Friday. Holidays and weekends are not included in business/shipping days. All orders shipping will be sent with Canada Post.

All items are shipped via 3rd party shipping companies not affiliated with Drift Out West Fly Fishing. Once the package has been dropped off at these facilities, Drift Out West Fly Fishing is no longer responsible for the transportation of items of purchase. For lost in transit, or other items that are confirmed delivered, it is the responsibility of the buyer to contact their local postmaster. Drift Out West Fly Fishing will assist however possible, but it is not Drift Out West Fly Fishing's responsibility.

Returns

Drift Out West Fly Fishing offers a 30-day exchange only return policy for all apparel items; we cannot accept returns on accessories or flies. If 30 calendar days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer an exchange. We offer no refunds.

To be eligible for a return, you must return the item unused and in the same condition as you received it. All apparel must be returned in the original packaging, unworn and unwashed. All Returns must have an authorized RMA # which can be obtained by writing to driftoutwestflyfishing@gmail.com.

Exchanges

We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. Please make sure you check the sizing chart for each item before ordering. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please write to us at driftoutwestflyfishing@gmail.com and send your item to:

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at driftoutwestflyfishing@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

$100.00 deposit required at time of booking. Balance due by day of trip.

With more than 14 days' notice, Drift Out West will refund your deposit. Trips cancelled with 14 days' or less notice will be refunded the deposit less a $50 cancellation fee. Trips cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will forfeit the full deposit. Where mutually agreeable, a trip can be rescheduled with no penalty, provided the date falls within the same calendar year.
